The Argyle Eagles golf team did it again! The Eagles won back-to-back UIL Class 4A state championships by dominating the field at Legends Golf Course in Kingsland.

Gaven Lane led the team with a two-day total of 136 (70-66) and became the first Eagle in school history to win an individual title. Argyle's margin of victory over second-place Bullard (47 strokes) was also the largest in the history of Class 4A.

The rest of the team included: Cooper Jensen, Ethan Payne, Nathan Rosser & Zane Griggs. The title marked the fifth in school history. Arygle will move to Class 5A beginning next year in 2022-2023.
