Transportation will be provided for families in The Ridge who choose to attend Elementary School #3. All students living south of FM 407 will attend Elementary School #3, except for those living in the southeast section of the district boundaries that are zoned for Hilltop Elementary. All three elementary campuses will be below maximum capacity starting in the 2022-2023 school year.
"The Board has really worked diligently on a good zoning plan that they feel will meet the needs of all the parents and all the students as they move through the educational system in Argyle," Argyle ISD Superintendent Dr. Telena Wright said. "I want to commend the Board of Trustees on their work looking at all the different plans that the demographer put forward. One of the things that the Board really stressed from the beginning was they wanted to make sure the students moved the fewest number of times possible. That has been at the forefront of what they have put in place."
