The following improvements are planned for the Hilltop Elementary Facility and Campus. 

• Install play area covers and accessible swings​

• Upgrade sidewalks, paving, and concrete ramps for accessibility​

• Rework retaining wall and address erosion issues​

• Install new PA and sound system in the cafeteria​

• Re-key the entire campus​

• Make various accessibility upgrades​

• Repair grade beams, sheetrock, exterior concrete ramps, ceiling tiles, and handrails​

• Revise roof-mounted boiler (generator)​

The following improvements are planned for the Sixth Grade Center campus and facility:

• Upgrade storm lines and repair wood awnings​

• Clean and seal brick surfaces​

• Address aging steel doors, windows, and paint​

• Implement erosion control measures​

• Replace worn awnings and pave the service area​

• Re-key the entire campus and install ADA-compliant hardware​

• Renovate stage, gym, concession area, and restrooms​

• Upgrade ceiling tiles, HVAC systems, and exterior lighting​

• Install fire sprinklers​

The following improvements are planned for the Highway 377 campus and Argyle Middle School facility:

• Upgrade sidewalks, paving, and traffic flow​

• Address non-accessible restrooms and sinks​

• Implement erosion control and seal brick and stone​

• Repaint doors and canopies and replace stadium fencing​

• Upgrade PA system, network cabling, turf, and stadium lighting​

• Replace ceiling tiles, flooring, and fire alarms​

• Improve restrooms, locker rooms, and theater rigging/lighting​

• Enhance mezzanine safety and exterior lighting​

The following addition is planned for the Canyon Falls High School facility:

• Add a connecting hallway between the outer ends of the academic wings to reduce congestion.

As our district continues to experience rapid growth, securing land for future schools is a goal of the district. Here’s why:

• Rising Land Costs – Unlike some districts that have land-banked over the years, Argyle ISD competes with developers and investors, driving prices higher each year.
• Proactive Planning – To avoid costly last-minute purchases, the district’s goal is to secure land in the near future that can provide future school locations in areas that best serve the families.  

Zoning & Location Matters – Identifying and purchasing land in accessible locations can help accommodate growth and keep school sites in areas that align with city planning and infrastructure.

• Future Middle School Site 
• Elementary School #7 Site 
• Future High School #3 Site 
• Transportation Parking 

As Argyle ISD continues to grow rapidly and open new campuses, maintaining and expanding our technology infrastructure is essential for both education and safety.

• Classroom displays for instruction, which require updates as they reach their end-of-life cycle.
• Network & Connectivity – Network cabling, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points to ensure fast, reliable internet and digital learning tools.
• Security & Safety – Upgrades to Verkada components such as PA systems, security cameras, door access, and phone systems are crucial to keeping students, staff, and facilities safe.
• Technician Vans – As the district expands, technicians need to be mobile to efficiently maintain and service technology across multiple campuses.

Investing in these critical technology upgrades ensures our students and staff have the tools they need to learn safely and effectively in a fast-growing district.
