Elizabeth Davis

Hi Eagles! My name is Elizabeth Davis and I am the counselor for students with the last names Rut-Z at Argyle High School. I am going into my 14th year as a school counselor and my fourth year working in Argyle. I have experience at all levels, but high school is my favorite!

I attended Tufts University as an undergraduate where I studied Child Development and then continued on to get my Masters in Counseling Psychology at Boston College. I am also certified as a Licensed Professional Counselor.

Outside of being a counselor, I love to road trip (I’ve been to 45 of 50 states) and attend sporting events or concerts with my family. I have three children who are all Argyle Eagles as well!

Margo Bigbee

A native West Texan and a 1985 summa cum laude graduate of McMurry University, I completed the Master of Education degree in 1988, plus 36 post-master’s degree semester hours at Texas Tech University in 1992. I am a certified secondary/ elementary teacher and school counselor in the state of Texas. Additionally, I have been a Licensed Professional Counselor since 2006.

This school year, 2021-2022, is the beginning of my 19th year at Argyle High School. I love the Argyle High School community, students, families, faculty, and staff. They make up my Eagle family.

Kimberlee Brinkley

Hello Argyle Eagles! My name is Kimberlee Brinkley and I am new to Argyle ISD for the 2022-2023 school year. I will be the counselor for last names Mid-Rus. I am so happy to be here and can't wait to get this year started. I come to you from West Texas in Lubbock and already know there are many Texas Tech families out there. 
 
I have been in Education for almost 20 years. I graduated from Lubbock Christian University with my bachelors degree in B.S.I.S. I worked toward a Master's in Administration shortly after teaching and eventually also finished a Master's in Counseling at Wayland Baptist University. I truly love my job as a school counselor and wouldn't want to be anywhere else. I also have my Licenced Professional Counselor certification and participate in Family Counseling. 
 
I have two grown children both in college and love to stay active by traveling, attending concerts and simply enjoying the small things in life.

Anne Ivy

Hello Argyle Eagles…I am Anne Ivy and I am a new counselor at AHS for the 2022-2023 school year. My alpha is Dau-Holt and I am very excited and honored to work with AHS students, staff and parents.

This is my 16th year as a Texas Educator. I completed my undergraduate degree at Texas Tech University–Wreck ‘Em Tech!! I started my career as an elementary teacher in Plano ISD. I completed my Master’s Degree in counseling at the University of North Texas where I focused on animal assisted and play therapy. I was an elementary counselor at Denton ISD for eight years before moving to high school counseling in 2017. All of my experiences have helped me to better support students, parents and staff.

Kaitlyn McGuire

Hi Eagles! My name is Kaitlyn McGuire and I am the counselor for students with the last names of Holtman-Mic at Argyle High School. 

I attended The University of Texas at Austin as an undergraduate, where I studied Microbiology, and then continued on to get my Master of Education in Guidance and Counseling at Angelo State University. Prior to becoming a school counselor, I was a science/AVID teacher and coached volleyball and basketball for five years. I love being able to meet students where they are, help students navigate high school successfully, and prepare for the next stages of their lives. 

I am an avid sports fan who enjoys reading and spending time with my family. I have two small children that keep me on my toes and two fur babies.
