FitnessGram
What is FitnessGram?
FitnessGram is a required physical fitness assessment for Texas public school students in grades 3–12. It measures key areas of health-related fitness, including cardiovascular endurance, muscular strength, flexibility, and body composition. Results are reported to the Texas Education Agency (TEA) in accordance with state law.
How will I receive my child’s results?
Parents may request their child’s results at the end of the school year by contacting the PE, athletics, or dance teacher.
