Registration/ Enrollment

   New Student Online Registration For 2020-2021 Opens May 18th     
Due to this heighten Health concern COVID -19 all required documents for New to the District Students will be uploaded through the online process until further notice.
Step 1: Notify (call) the campus office where you are registering your student(s).
Step 2: Complete the New Student Enrollment Form linked above.
Step 3: After completing steps 1 and 2, bring the following documents to your student's campus office:
  • Birth Certificate
  • Social Security Card
  • Vaccination Record
  • Driver's License
  • Proof of Residency (Current Electric Bill)*
*If you are in the process of moving and don't have a current electric bill, please call the Administration office (940/464-7241) and schedule an appointment to take all building/closing documents. Based off of that paperwork, Administration will issue a temporary proof of residence. Bring that form to your student's campus to fulfill the proof of residence requirement.  
Please note that you must submit a copy of your current electric bill to establish permanent residence to your student's campus as soon as it is received.

Hilltop Elementary August 5th & 6th New Students Only - Please email after online registration is complete.  
Argyle West Elementary August 6th & 7th New Student Document Turn-in for Registration July 29th - August 4th.
Intermediate School
August 4th & 5th New Students Only - Please email after online registration is complete.   
Middle School August 7th New Students Only - Please email counselor after online registration is complete.
High School August 6th New Student Registration (by appointment only) June 1st - 5th
