PSAT Information

Juniors:  The registration and payment window for the 2020 PSAT/NMSQT will open August 17, 2020, and close September 11, 2020, at 4:00 p.m. This test is optional for Juniors. Registration is not complete until the exam fee of $17.00 is paid.  Sophomores do not need to register for the test.  The district sponsors the test for all Argyle High School Sophomores.

Option 1:  ONLINE PSAT/NMSQT Exam Registration & Payment (Juniors only) - opens August 17 and
closes September 11 at 4:00 p.m.

Scores will be available online December 11, 2019
Hard copies will be distributed in the English classes beginning Monday, December 16.  Students will also receive their test booklets.

Students must supply their own College Board approved calculator.  See the Acceptable Calculators list below.
  • Testing Locations are posted outside of the student's English class
  • Bring appropriate snacks and water
  • Bring your calculator
  • Pencils are provided 
  • Electronic Devices are not permitted including cell phones and smart watches
  • Drop off book bags in the Main Gym before reporting to the testing location
Helpful Hint:
Create a College Board Account if you have not already done so. Keep a record of your account username and password so that you may access your test results, including the PSAT/NMSQT, SAT, SAT Subject and AP exams.
