GIRLS BASKETBALL ADVANCES TO REGIONAL TOURNAMENT

Congratulations to Coach Chance Westmoreland and the Lady Eagle Basketball Team on beating Glen Rose 39-34 and advancing to the 4A Regional Tournament this weekend in Lubbock. The girls will now play Canyon at Lubbock Christian University on Friday night, February 28, at 5:00. Good luck!!

Congratulations to our Boys' Wrestling Team at regionals this past weekend. The regional results are as follows:
Levi Olsen - 6th place
Caden Morse - 5th place state qualifier - alternate
Trenton Kelly - 5th place state qualifier - alternate
Jax Ernest - 3rd place - state qualifier
Cullen Davee - 2nd place - state qualifier

UIL CX DEBATE TEAMS WIN DISTRICT - HEADED TO STATE!

This past week, the AHS Debate Team competed at the UIL CX Debate District Meet. Savanna Lessley and Tristan Ball placed 1st qualifying for state. Alec Allen and Landry McClure placed 2nd qualifying for state. Billy Mykel and Callie Crosslin placed 3rd and are alternates to state!
