Bus Routes and Schedules

Riding the bus is a privilege and not a right. Please go over the bus rules and Argyle I.S.D. Student Code of Conduct with your students so we can have a safe ride on the school bus

Your child’s bus stops and times for the 2018-19 school year are now posted.

Please click the following link to obtain your students bus stop information: 2018-19 Bus Stop information. If you do not receive any results please reach out to us using the contact us form under results.

Stops have been added, moved, and some stops have been eliminated.  Routes were created using the Board approved walk to stop distances of ¼ mile for Hilltop and Intermediate school students and ½ mile walk to stop distances for our Middle School and High School students. The consolidation and elimination of bus stops and addition of bus routes helped to eliminate overcrowding, and shorten ride times.

To increase the safety of our younger riders, all Hilltop and Intermediate school students are required to carry the AISD issued bus pass to ride the school bus. The bus pass will help the driver and school staff ensure your Hilltop and Intermediate school student is on the correct bus in the afternoon. If your child did not receive a bus pass, we did not receive a completed application and they are not registered to ride the school bus.

If you wish for your Hilltop student to be released without a parent or older sibling present, please send us written permission stating your request. This written request must be resubmitted annually.

Please be sure to mark your children’s personnel belonging with their name and school so we can return their left behind items to them.

As a reminder, riding the school bus is a privilege and not a right. Please go over the bus safety rules and Argyle I.S.D. Student Code of Conduct with your students so we can have a safe ride on the school bus.

Thank you,

Each year the Transportation Department donates to charity hundreds of items of clothing, backpacks, and phones that were never claimed from our lost and found. Please mark your child’s personal items with a label or permanent marker with their name and school of attendance. This will help us return your child’s lost articles.
