Officials of the National Merit Scholarship Corporation (NMSC) announced the names of approximately 15,000 Finalists in the 63rd annual National Merit Scholarship Program. Argyle High School seniors Andrew Hennes and Miranda Miller were both named as Finalists. These academically talented high school seniors have an opportunity to earn one of 7,500 National Merit Scholarships worth more than $32 million that will be offered this spring. To be considered for a Merit Scholarship award, finalists must fulfill several requirements, including an outstanding score on the 11th grade PSAT exam. Congratulations to Andrew and Miranda!
