Argyle ISD Return to Learning Update - June 24, 2020
We would like to provide an update for our families on the planning that is being done in preparation for the 2020-2021 school year in Argyle ISD. The District's Virtual Learning Task Force has been meeting and discussing plans and reviewing feedback from parents from the initial survey sent earlier this month.
As we work toward providing the return to learning models for our Eagle students, we are utilizing guidance and instructions issued from the Texas Education Agency regarding remote instruction. We are also awaiting further health guidance from TEA for in-person learning. Our task force is working to provide opportunities that best meet the expectations of our families while providing a safe learning environment for our students.
Next week, all Eagle parents will be emailed a survey that will include specific questions regarding in-person or virtual learning options and needs based on your student (bus transportation, technology, etc.). Please watch for this District email and take a moment to provide valuable feedback for our planning purposes. We greatly value your input in this process.
