Our technicians work hard to provide the best service possible for our Argyle community. Unfortunately, due to the limitations of remote support, we cannot guarantee total resolution to all distance learning technology issues.
Some of the topics that are appropriate for live chat include, but are not limited to:
- Chromebook issues
- User account issues
- Lost/Forgotten passwords
- Issues with distance learning software used by the district
We cannot address the following issues in live chat:
- Chromebook damages requiring physical repairs
- Personal technology issues or consultation
