Mrs. Rast's 6th grade class is spreading holiday cheer around the globe! This year, her students are collecting holiday cards from all corners of the world. Before the cards arrive, they make fun predictions about where each card will come from and which holiday it will celebrate. As the cards roll in, they use pins to mark the locations on a world map, turning their classroom into a festive, interactive globe. The students enjoy reading each card together, learning about different cultures and traditions while celebrating the spirit of the season. It's a heartwarming way to connect with the world and share the joy of the holidays!

At the end of the project, students will write a five-paragraph essay reflecting on what they learned, focusing on the cultural differences and similarities they discovered through the holiday cards and how the project helped them appreciate global traditions.
