Classroom Spotlight: Ms. Randolph ELAR
SGC Communications
Updated

Students in Ms. Randolph's class recently wrapped up a unique book report assignment that allowed them to choose their own novels to read outside of school. After reading, each student created a project to showcase their understanding and analysis of their book.

Once the students turned in their work, Ms. Randolph introduced them to the concept of academic feedback. In a classroom "gallery walk," students had the chance to browse their classmates' projects, offering constructive feedback on what they enjoyed and areas where they thought improvements could be made. The gallery walk not only provided an opportunity for peer review but also encouraged students to reflect on their own work and learn from each other.

Thank you, Ms. Randolph for this amazing assignment!
