Dear Hilltop Families,

We are writing to inform you about important updates to our school lunch drop-off procedures. These changes are designed to ensure a process that focuses on our goal of high academic excellence by minimizing interruptions to classroom instruction. New Procedures:Drop-Off

Time: Lunches should be dropped by 10:15 am for grades PRK, K, 1, 2 and by 12:00 pm for grades 3, 4, 5.

Designated Drop-Off Area: Please use the designated drop-off area located in the foyer on the lunch carts. Front office staff will be present to assist. 

Labeling: We kindly ask that you clearly label your child’s lunch with their full name and grade. We will have paper tags for you to use.

Delivery to the Cafeteria: We will deliver the lunches to the cafeteria at 10:30 and 12:00 daily. Children will be reminded to look for their lunch box.

Late Arrivals: If you drop off lunch after the designated time for your child's grade, we will not be able to deliver to the classrooms. You are welcome to stay and have lunch with your child following the check-in safety procedures for visitors in the building.

We believe these changes will help us maintain a high academic focus by ensuring less disruptions to the learning environment.
