Dropping Off Late Items

We understand that on occasion items may be forgotten at home during the morning arrival to school.

Morning cut off time for receiving these items will be 9:00 am. so that we do not interrupt classroom learning time throughout the day.

Drop-off time for lunches: Lunches should be dropped by 10:15 am for grades PRK, K, 1, 4, 5 and by 12:00 pm for grades 2, 3

Lunch Visitors

We welcome you to campus to eat lunch with your child. You must check-in at the office and receive a visitor's badge. Students have been working on learning our procedures and expectations in the cafeteria, so parents and guests are now welcome to join us.

We want to make sure you know the procedures to help reinforce those when you are here.

Photo ID Required

You must provide a photo id is required to:

• Sign-out your student from school
• Sign-in as a visitor to Hilltop
• Visitors must wear their visitor tag while in our building

Please make sure to turn in your child's doctor note when attending a medical appointment.

We understand that after school appointments occur. If you are checking your child out early, please make sure it is by 2:00 pm. Please do not park in the front bus lane after 2:15 pm. No early dismissals after 2:30 pm.
