AHS Students Learning and Growing at Texas Boys State
Argyle ISD Communications

Congratulations to 10 outstanding Argyle High School students who recently represented AHS at the American Legion Boys State program in Austin.

Recognized as one of the nation's most respected and selective educational leadership programs, Boys State provides high school students with a unique opportunity to gain firsthand experience in government, leadership, and civic responsibility.

Throughout the week, participants take part in a hands-on learning experience where they establish and operate local, county, and state governments through elections, leadership positions, legislative activities, and public service initiatives. The program helps students develop leadership skills, strengthen their understanding of government, and build relationships with peers from across Texas.

We are incredibly proud of these Eagle students for representing Argyle High School with excellence while embracing this valuable educational experience and expanding their leadership abilities.
