Campus Leadership Teams
Under provisions of the Texas education code and Board Policy BQB, every school district is required to develop a campus plan to improve student performance. Argyle ISD campuses utilize a collaborative planning process including community and staff input to develop the district’s education plan. District and campus plans are developed annually to be mutually supportive of the state goals and objectives under Education Code, Chapter 4.
At each Argyle ISD Campus, the planning team is known as the Campus Leadership Team (CLT) and the plan is known as the Campus Improvement Plan (CIP). The chair of this committee is the campus principal.
Frequency of Meetings: Four times per year
Times and Locations of Meetings: For details about a specific CLT, contact campus administrations. Meetings are held on campus after school.
Career & Technical Education (CTE) Advisory Committee
Argyle ISD is committed to growing and strengthening our CTE Program by gathering diverse perspectives from various stakeholders. The Carl D. Perkins Law Section 122(c)(5) states that a school must create a plan that “describes how the eligible agency will actively involve parents, academic and career and technical education teachers, administrators, faculty, career guidance and academic counselors, local business (including small businesses), and labor organizations in the planning, development, implementation, and evaluation of such career and technical education programs”
The Texas State Plan for Career and Technical Education additionally states that “Texas requires that eligible recipients annually evaluate their CTE program. Texas school districts have local advisory committees for CTE that are involved in decisions related to the implementation, improvement, and evaluation of CTE programs.” The chairman of this committee is Kaitlyn McGuire.

Collaborative Visioning Committee
About the CVC
Welcome to the Collaborative Visioning Committee page. This committee is dedicated to shaping a future-focused, community-driven roadmap for Argyle ISD.
The committee will gain insights through a series of presentations by District personnel and administrators, covering a range of topics aligned with our priority areas. Using this information, the committee will craft a Graduate Profile that reflects our shared goals for every Argyle ISD student, establishing priorities in four key areas:
- Student Learning
- Student Experience
- Resource Stewardship
- Community Engagement
Guided by the mission, vision, and core values set by our Board of Trustees, the Collaborative Visioning Committee will define clear objectives, measurements, and actionable steps that ensure Argyle ISD remains an exceptional educational environment.
