Who We Are
Our Story
In 2002, Adele Foster and Rudy Menn envisioned a stronger future for Argyle ISD. At the time, Argyle was a community of fewer than 4,000 residents, but they believed investing in education would have a lasting impact. Their vision became reality in 2003 with the founding of the Argyle Education Foundation.
Since then, AEF has invested more than $2.3 million in Argyle ISD students, teachers, and classrooms. Today, the Foundation supports teacher grants, scholarships, innovative classroom programs, STEM initiatives, and educator recognition—helping provide opportunities beyond what state funding alone can support.
The Argyle Education Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to investing in educational excellence for Argyle ISD students and educators.

AEF is led by an Executive Committee and volunteer Board of Directors whose diverse experience helps guide the Foundation's mission. Their stewardship ensures every dollar donated is invested responsibly to maximize its impact for Argyle ISD students and educators.
