How do I create an Eagle Employee Portal account?
Review the Eagle Employee Portal Employee Guide, then utilize the Eagle Employee Portal link found on the right menu bar of this page to create your new user account.
How can I update my direct deposit information?
Eagle Employee Portal - Log into your account, click on your name on the top left corner, scroll to Direct Deposit Bank Accounts and use the Update, Delete, or Add options.
How can I update my mailing address?
Eagle Employee Portal -Log into your account, click on your name on the top left corner, scroll to Mailing Address, update the required fields, and save.
Should I update my mailing address with TRS?
Yes, you should make any demographic change directly with TRS.
How can I check my leave bank?
Eagle Employee Portal - Log into your account and click on Leave Balances. Please remember, leave banks are updated on each payroll and the leave is pulled based on the dates outlined in the Payroll Schedule/Pay Dates which can be found on the menu bar on the right side of this page.
How can I update my W-2 information?
Current employees should complete the most current W-4 form and return to the Payroll department. New employees should complete the W-4 form sent to you in your onboarding packet.
Where can I view my Wage and Earnings Statement?
Eagle Employee Portal - Log into your account, select Inquiry, choose Earnings, and select the Pay Date you prefer.
